Home Owners

‐ A full professional clean by Myhome could add thousands of pounds to the value of your home and lead to a quicker sale. The initial clean can then be freshened up periodically on a regular basis or immediately before a viewing to present your home in the best possible light. Once the home has sold and the previous owners moved out, Myhome can do a final clean so that the seller can leave the property in good condition simply as a courtesy to the buyer. Regardless of how clean a house appears at a viewing the removal of the furniture etc. will often leave the home looking a little dusty so Myhome can take care of this.

Tenants

‐ Getting your deposit returned is the priority when moving out of your rented home. At Myhome we specialise in "End of Tenancy" cleaning and make sure that everything generally required by estate agents, inventory clerks and landlords will be covered with our service. We also guarantee the clean so should there be any issue arising from it we will be happy to return free of charge to fix the issue.

Landlords

‐ Getting your vacant properties back on the market and rented as soon as possible is always a priority and we will work with you, the estate agents and out‐going tenants to make sure that the tenancy clean takes place in a timely and efficient manner and to the correct standard, we will also guarantee the clean so should the new tenants have any issue with our clean we will return free of charge to fix it.

Estate Agents

‐ Getting vacant properties "turned around" and re‐let quickly is the priority. Using our unique Tri‐ColourTM cleaning system Myhome can ensure that each clean is carried out to the correct standard by trained and insured professionals. We are VAT registered and can invoice the estate agent once the clean has been completed. We also offer a certificate which can be used by the estate agent to prove that the home has been professional cleaned.
